Your eye examination will include the following:
- Tonometry for measuring your Intra-ocular Pressure
- Fundus Photography for assessing the health of your retina
- OCT scanning for examining the underlying cell structure of your retina. We are one of the few optometrist using this technology
- Slitlamp examination for assessing the health of your eyes’ anterior chamber
- Corneal Topography to assess any corneal irregularities – important for contact lens fitting.
- Colour vision assessment
- Depth perception assessment
- Assessment of Visual Acuity
- Subjective and Objective measure of refractive error at distance and at near
- Measurement of binocularity, accommodation, ocular muscle integrity
Dispensing Services
Be sure to receive expert advice as the optometrist himself will assist you when it comes to the dispensing of your contact lenses, spectacle lenses or new pair of glasses.
Inhouse Laboratory
Receive your spectacles sooner
Having an inhouse laboratory means that you will receive your new pair of spectacles much sooner than expected, seeing that all our edging and fitting of the lenses are done onsite! Also, no more days without glasses if you re-use your old frame and you can even sit and wait while spectacle repairs is carried out!
